Mat Pilates for Groups

Workshops: Ivy creates and curates immersive workshops designed to guide participants into deeper connection with their bodies, their stories, and their power. Each workshop is crafted with intention, weaving ritual, movement, and sensual embodiment into a transformative group experience.

Workshops typically range from 2–4 hours and may include:

  1. Opening Circle – Gathering in community through a healing circle centered on a chosen theme, animal medicine, goddess, season, or element.

  2. Embodiment Practice – Grounding into presence with visual meditations, somatic warm-ups, or sensory activation through partnered play.

  3. Fabric Play & Somatic Activation – Using draping and fabric as a tool to awaken sensation and creativity in the body.

  4. Movement Ritual – A prepared sequence accessible to all levels of dance, movement, and flexibility. The choreography is designed to evoke pleasure, eroticism, sensuality, and empowerment, leaving participants more embodied and alive.

Each offering is carefully curated with the following elements included: altar creation, curated playlists, fabric and/or somatic activation tools, atmospheric ritual touches, integration practices.

Each workshop is tailored to the intention of your space, retreat, or event, and is designed to leave participants feeling nourished, embodied, and empowered.
