


Mat Pilates for Groups
Mat Pilates classes are designed to help you build functional strength, improve flexibility, and enhance your mind-body awareness. No reformer machine needed! Through a series of controlled, intentional movements, you’ll engage your core, strengthen your muscles, and improve your mobility.
Each session focuses on activating deep muscle groups with exercises like leg circles, roll-ups, planks, bridges, and spinal articulations, all designed to improve alignment and mobility.
Please note: minimum of 6 participants required per group, price may vary depending on group size and destination/commute.
