Healing Through Movement, Ritual & Ancestral Wisdom
Embody Ritual is a sacred container space for deep healing, sensual embodiment, and ancestral remembrance. Rooted in movement, ritual, and indigenous wisdom, Embody Ritual helps you reconnect with your body, awaken your sensuality, and reclaim your authentic expression. In a world that often teaches us to shrink, disconnect or perform, this is an invitation to return to yourself—fully, unapologetic, and with reverence.
Each offering is more than a practice; it is a reclamation. A ritual. A return home.

Meet Ivy
Ivy, the founder of Embody Ritual, is a passionate guide dedicated to the ritual of reconnection and the art of transmutation. With a degree from UCLA and certifications in Pole Dance (Levels 1 & 2 XPERT Instructor training) and upcoming CORE Pilates Instructor certification in May 2025, Ivy brings both professional expertise and personal wisdom to her work.
Beyond credentials, Ivy’s journey is deeply rooted in ancestral wisdom. For over eight years, she has been a traditional tribal dancer with the Mexica, and it is through her practice of sacred dance and her return to the red road that she has learned the power of holistic healing. Through these ancestral teachings, Ivy has discovered the power of community, the sacredness of the body, and the importance of remembering the rituals of our ancestors.
Ivy weaves these timeless practices into every offering, creating a decolonized, healing space where people can reclaim their true essence and step into their power.
My work is deeply inspired by the wisdom woven into traditional Native American tribal dance, where movement is prayer, ceremony, and medicine. These ancestral rhythms teach us what modern somatics continues to affirm: the body is a vessel for healing, storytelling, and spirit.
In both traditions, we return to the body to release, reclaim, and reconnect—with ourselves, our lineage, and the Earth. Through intentional movement, we honor ritual, embody resilience, and dance as our ancestors did—not for performance, but for presence. This is the heart of my practice: a sacred reclamation of the body as a site of truth, power, and belonging.
